Fred moved to Miramichi in 1985 and was posted to CFB Chatham. While living here he started renovating houses part-time, understanding the home building industry and the advantages of home ownership.

Throughout his Military career, Fred purchased and sold homes in three provinces. He also built a new Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) home in 2016 and renovated houses in need of repairs in his spare time so he understands the issues of buying and selling along with relocation from a customer’s perspective. Being exposed to different real estate investments, renovations and home ownership advantages, it is here which made him realize his passion for real estate, giving him the desire to obtain his Realtor license and pursue a Real-estate career to help educate others in the home buying and selling process along with the advantages of building homeowners equity.

Why he’s Different

Fred strongly believes that it is his responsibility to represent his clients to the best of his ability, to help educate and empower them throughout the buying and selling process, arming them with information and market insight, so that they make the best possible decision. Fred is honest, sometimes telling client’s things they might not want to hear but needed, he’s hardworking and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

Giving Back

Fred is a firm believer in giving back to the Miramichi community and supporting local charities by promoting a positive community and economic growth in the community. As part of his community commitment and to his clients, he will donate 5% of net sales closing commissions per month to a charity that the clients would like the monies to be donated.

In his Free Time

In Fred’s free time, he enjoys golfing, doing home improvements, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Fred and his wife, Teresa have two grown sons, Matthew and Justin.
